In the unlikely event you find a lower price we will meet the lower price on the same item offered by any full-service, local retailer. If within 30 days of your purchase you find the same merchandise advertised or sold for less (including financing terms, shipping and handling charges) by any local, authorized, full-service retailer, we will cheerfully refund 110% of the difference upon verification.
Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to free-with-purchase offers, sales tax offers, special financing, installation or delivery, rebates and gift cards, special orders, competitor's out-of-stock offers, limited quantity offers, floor sample or damaged product, out-of-box merchandise, going-out-of-business sales, or contractor sales. This policy also does not apply to internet or membership club competitors.

At Mattresses For Less we understand that purchasing a new sleep set is a decision that will directly affect your health as well as your comfort; Our trained sleep consultants will guide you through this decision making process using their knowledge of the many different manufacturing processes and materials, however only you the consumer will know which sleep set is the right fit for you. Our guarantee to you is that if after choosing your mattress you are not completely satisfied for any reason, then you may reselect a different one that is of equal or greater value.
In keepimg with our ongoing efforts to provide our customers with the best name brands and the best service at the lowest possible prices the following conditions must be met when taking advantage of our 100 day Total Satisfaction Guarantee:
- It will take time for your body to adjust to the shock of using a brand new sleep set; (similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes) so you must sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 21 nights prior to reselecting a new one. After 21 days and before 100 days from the date of purchase you must notify customer service of your desire to reselect. You must be able to come to the store and receive delivery within 7 days of notifying customer service.
- Comfort Guarantees are not provided from the manufacturers, they are only offered at the retail store level as a courtesy to our customers. For this reason and also so that we may continue to provide lower prices than our competitors, your mattress reselection will be subject to a $199 satisfaction fee. *customers wishing to exchange mattresses purchased lower than $798 will require manager's approval. **additional delivery fees will be required according to area(greater Houston area = $89)
- Our Total Satisfaction guarantee is valid only on mattresses that are returned in "like new" condition, free of any stains, rips, cuts, tears, burns, puntures or abuse of any kind. It is recommended that you use our delivery service when exchanging your mattress. If you choose to return it in your own vehicle then it must be packaged properly using either the original packaging or mattress bags purchased from a moving store or other store that sells packaging used specifically for mattresses.
- Box Springs and Foundations do not affect the comfort so they do not qualify for this Sleep Comfort Guarantee. Box springs and foundations can be exchanged for height reasons only and will result in a normal re-delivery charge plus a $50 restocking fee which must be completed within 2 days of original delivery. All electric adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, mattress covers, etc. are not returnable or exchangeable. These sales are final. The retail value of any free promotional offers (frame, pillows, sheets, delivery, etc.) may also be subtracted from the store credit associated with the original mattress purchase. Floor model, clearance and discontinued items are sold "as-is" and do not qualify for the Sleep Comfort Guarantee exchange privilege. Special Orders are not subject to cancellation. No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be issued on Special Orders and the Sleep Comfort Guarantee terms do not apply.
